Cylon

Cylon (Folders) was originally a Mac & windows theme created by MJoseph15 [link] for his personal use on Mac. I decided to have a go at creating a port for gnome based on LaGaDesk-BlackWhite-III and mist of Ubuntu-mono-light and more, i got permission from and this is the result.

Just download and extract the tar.bz2 from the zip, right click on a free place on your desktop and then choose \"change background\" from the up Menu then go to \"themes\" and just take the one you like from your desktop into this window. This will install the icons and clean the cache by writing in shell:
rm ~/.icons/Cylon/.icon-theme.cache

Since it is based on LaGaDesk-blackwhite-III, if you already have in your home LaGaDesk-blackwhite-III, so you can save space on your hard disk creating symlink by passing this command in Terminal:

cd ~/.icons/Cylon/Scalable
rm apps
rm categories
rm mimetypes
ln -s ~/.icons/LaGaDesk-BlackWhite-III/scalable/apps apps
ln -s ~/.icons/LaGaDesk-BlackWhite-III/scalable/categories categories
ln -s ~/.icons/LaGaDesk-BlackWhite-III/scalable/mimetypes mimetypes


To view your icons in root, just write this in your shell:
sudo ln -s /home/your_name/.icons /root/.icons
